Conversations are progressing positively

In the sales center at the construction site, we meet many enthusiastic applicants who have registered for a home in 23Stories. Very nice to see that so many people are interested and wish to make 23Stories their new home. Many homes are currently under contract, verbally sold or under option.

Still some apartments available
Although the enthusiasm is high and most interviews are positive, it may happen that homes become available again. For example, there are currently still a few 2-, 3-, and 4-room apartments available. Are you curious about these homes? We keep the property finder on the website up-to-date, so you can keep track of which apartments are available.

Are you interested in a property? Then register via the house finder! We will put you on the list and keep an eye on whether your preferred apartment becomes available. As soon as it does, we will contact you. Who knows, you might still qualify for a house in 23Stories.

Sales center open every Friday from 16:00 – 17:00!
Every Friday you are welcome in our sales center on the construction site at the Californian square. Our sales team is ready to tell you all about 23Stories and answer all your questions. Parking is easy in the Floridaplein parking garage. Registration is not necessary, you can just walk in between 16:00 – 17:00.

Planning and contact
The drilling of the foundation piles is in a completed stage. After that, excavation work will begin. Housing delivery is expected to start in the summer of 2027.
