New phase 23Stories launched: allocation in full swing

Registration for the unique residential project 23Stories in Haarlem Nieuw-Zuid has been successfully completed. We are overwhelmed by the enormous interest this special project has received and would like to thank everyone for the interest shown. Meanwhile, the allocation phase is in full swing. The selected candidates will be contacted personally and invited for follow-up interviews.

Not assigned a house? Maybe you are on the reserve list!
Although the registration period is officially closed, this does not mean that all chances for a home have been lost. Homes may become available during the allocation process, for example, when selected candidates decide to abandon their option. In that case, candidates on the reserve list will be contacted again. It is therefore still possible that spots may become available in this unique housing project.

Visit the sales center: every Friday without an appointment
Would you like to know more about 23Stories, the homes, the finishes or the progress of the project? Then you are welcome to visit our sales center at the construction site. Every Friday from 16:00 to 17:00 our sales team is ready to answer all your questions. You can walk in without an appointment, view the kitchen and bathroom options and get informed about the next steps.
