Woningborg
The homes in 23Stories are built under the Woningborg Warranty and Guarantee Scheme. This provides additional security for you as a buyer:
- Protection against risks during construction.
- Guarantee on the completion of the home, should the builder run into financial difficulties.
- Guarantee against construction defects after completion. After signing the purchase and building contract, you will receive a Woningborg certificate. This document confirms that your home meets the quality and guarantee standards of Woningborg.

The purchase price of the homes in 23Stories is freehold (v.o.n.), which means you pay no transfer tax, real estate agent fees or notary fees!
