23Stories Open House on Saturday 3 October

Curious to find out what it will be like to live in 23Stories? On Saturday 3 October, the sales centre on Californiëplein will be opening its doors for an Open House. You’re very welcome to drop by between 11.00 and 13.00.

Sales at 23Stories are going fast: 85 per cent of the flats for sale in this striking residential tower in Haarlem Nieuw Zuid have now been sold. A few homes are still available, starting from approximately €480,000 (excluding purchase costs). Completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027.

During the Open House, you’re welcome to pop into the sales centre with no obligation. You can view the current range of properties on offer and ask the sales teams from VLIEG Makelaars and Hoekstra en van Eck any questions you may have. This way, you can discover which flat suits you best, and which view could soon be yours.
